On-Site Service
CSA offers on-site service with-in a 50 mile radius. We will come to your door and service your computer, printer, or handle your network needs! If you are farther than 50 miles we will work with you on a case by case basis. Otherwise, our standard fees are:
On- Site Repair: $ 80.00 per hour
On- Site Networking: $ 90.00/hr
We offer several types of services as CSA, please review the following to find the type of service that's right for you.
Carry In: bring in your system or printer to our shop
On site: schedule an appointment for us to come to your home or business to service your equipment
Networking: onsite wired or wireless networking installation, maintenance, or service.
Outsourcing: Rent-A-Tech for a short or long term project
Third Party Maintenance: Technology Service Partner Program for long or short term third party contracts
Carry-In
Walk-Ins are welcome!
Bring your computer to the shop and we will repair it for you as soon as possible..

Priority Service: 24-48 Hours: $ 150 for the first hour, $ 75/hr
Next Available Technician -- Priority Freight Shipment
Express Service: 3-5 Business Days: $100 for the first hour, $ 75/hr
Accelerated Freight Shipment
Standard Service: 5-7 Business Days $ 75.00 per hour
Laptop Hardware Replacement: $ 100.00 per hour
