Warranties

We are proud to offer products from Compaq, Hewlett Packard, Sony, Lexmark, QMS, Xerox, Samsung and custom designed technology solutions..

We provide warranty services for several major manufacturers, and in-shop or on-site non-warranty services.

If your computer is still under warranty then the computer company will reimburse us for services rendered. However, if you are having a software problem and it's not covered under warranty you maybe responsible for those charges. If your computer is out of warranty then the charges will be billed to you upon services rendered.

At CSA we stand behind our work, if your computer has been repaired by our company and for one reason or another it's still not working properly, you have 90 days to return.

We will repair it free of charge.

*Please understand that software issues, viruses and spy-ware are not covered by CSA or any other manufacturer warranty.
